Relentless Financial in Tampa, FL is hiring full-time life insurance agents. Every lead is inbound: people who asked to hear about life insurance. No cold calling.
What you'll do:
- Call inbound leads who requested life insurance information and help them choose coverage that fits their family and budget.
- Follow our sales process with daily coaching and direct mentorship.
Pay: Commission-only (no base salary). Commissions are paid daily. Your income depends on your results.
Schedule: Full time, 9am to 8pm Eastern, 6 days per week. This is not a side gig.
Licensing: A Florida life and health insurance license is required to sell. Already licensed? Great. Not licensed yet? You can still apply. Unlicensed hires must complete Florida's state-required pre-licensing course and pass the state exam before they can sell. The course (about $39 through Eterna's course provider, getyourinsurancelicense.com/eterna) plus Florida's exam, fingerprinting and license fees are paid to the course provider and the state and its vendors, not to Relentless Financial. There is no fee to apply or to join Relentless Financial. Sales training is provided through Eterna Academy (academy.eternaops.com).
What we look for:
- Able to commit to the full-time schedule above.
- Able to obtain a Florida life and health license (the state requires fingerprints and a background check).
- Coachable, competitive and comfortable on the phone. Sales, serving, retail, call-center or military experience helps but is not required.
Location: Our Tampa office at 3501 E Frontage Rd, Tampa, FL 33607 is preferred. Remote may be possible for the right person.
